Hi Journal,
Today, we are officially released for study break.
I expected myself to be jumping for joy. However, a somewhat contradicting feeling overwhelmed me. Feeling that it's time to go..and bid farewell to my past two years in Pioneer Junior College.
During CT lesson today, we had a Reflection Session with our Civic Tutor, Mrs Tan. She brought with her several pieces of colorful papers and a box of pens to class. She asked us to pen down our feelings and the joyful memories we have had for these two years to our friends. The first I wrote to was Chia Ling. She is really a good friend, always loving her friends selflessly. Often she is the one I would approach if I face difficulty in my works. She is also a golden secret keeper who never fail to leak out mine! ( Don't forget your *crush* ^<^ ). Another of my favourite friend is Hui Chen, nicked 陈嫂,乌龟 or 灰尘. She really is a very humorous and crazy person to talk to. However, she never fails to get down to work austerely, sometime it gets too Over! I must admit this girl never forget to shower her friends with concerns whenever they were down. Thanks a lot, Chow Huichen! =)
The last few people whom I would like to show my gratitude for are my teachers! U guys really rock my socks off!
To Mrs Tan: Thanks for the great chemistry lessons you have taught us for these 2 years. It'a really fun to attend your classes and you never fail to 'suan' me! Sorry for the answer i had wrote in my mid year paper regarding beating protein up with rocks! And your kit-kats! Hahaha!
To Mr Chua: Huichen always tell me that you are like our father. Always nagging us to take note of the different Maths concepts and not just memorising them blindly. Often reminding us to take care of our health and to learn to control our *ladder just for the once in the lifetime 3hours Maths paper. Hahaha =)
To Ms Tan: Your are really a fantastic teacher! The way you teach us, I am really impressed. Your loud and clear vocal never fails to keep us awake in Physics class. I will always remember how you do headcounts in Hokkien. XD
To Mdm Khoo: Although you never taught me in class for Economics, I will never forget the jokes you cracked during lectures! You are seriously a very cool person with unique style. I really admire the sarcastic yet entertaining remarks you said to us! Quotes: " You guys should read the nonsense you wrote in your essays..", " Do you feel unsafe or scared just because a newborn baby is delivered now in the hospital? That's what non-rivalry means for public defense goods.! " XD
These are the few teachers who really made my two years in Pioneer Junior College a fun and memorable one. Not forgetting my fellow friends. Your words will always be deeply imprinted on my heart and I really hope that our cohort will perform up to standard or even better than the previous batch so as to achieve the Gold award for the Most Value Added school again!
Signing off, S.Lee ( P.S. Always Serving, Always Learning, Pioneers! )
